My name is Karine Symons
I support organizations and individuals in adapting to the paradigm shift. More specifically, I focus on the human connection between the organization and its employees, among the employees themselves, and within the individuals. In practical terms, this can involve embedding values deeply within the organization, helping employees grow in their own leadership so that the collective capacity is more fully realized, and fostering the development of adapted leadership styles.
To achieve this, I draw upon many years of experience and employ effective techniques including system dynamics and inner value structures.
